The Development Pathway

Age-appropriate progression, so every player is met where they are and given the next step.

Step 1

Foundations

Beginner · K–2

Coordination, ball comfort, and a love of the game through high-touch play.

Step 2

Fundamentals & Skills

Developing · 3–5

Ball-handling, shooting, and footwork — paired with reading the game and making decisions, so they learn how to play, not just run drills.

Step 3

IQ & Competition

Advanced · 6–8

Decision-making, varsity terminology, and competing with poise.
